2. Prepare the Material Log & Procurement Log
3. Prepare all the packages based on the Log to be ready for Enquiring.
4. Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable supplier who are able to deliver high quality material at competitive pricing
5. Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost, Payment terms, quality and contracts for maximum benefit for the company.
6. Preparing Comparison between sub-contractors and suppliers with price and comparing the specifications.
7. Cost Controlling by Finding Alternatives for the materials that give the same of the original but with less expenses.
8. Handling all the engineering works as per the specifications, drawings & BOQ.
