Facilities Manager - Hard Services

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the maintenance and operation of all hard services, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Ensure all facilities are in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation of facilities. Prepare annual project budgeting Review all reports to be submitted to the clients and discuss with Maintenance Manager Lead and manage a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
