Soft Services Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate the activities of soft services staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. Train and mentor soft services staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties. Monitor and evaluate the performance of soft services staff and provide feedback for improvement. Manage and oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure sufficient stock levels. Handle customer complaints and inquiries related to soft services and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and address soft services needs and requirements.
