Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish in a timely and costeffective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Client Representative and Project Manager to develop and implement project construction strategies policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to local and international construction regulations safety standards and ethical practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards across all construction activities.
- Coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor project progress addressing deviations or challenges and implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Address any unexpected issues disputes or delays promptly
- Review project plans designs blueprints and etc. ensuring feasibility and adherence to regulations
- Allocate tasks manage resources and optimize workflow to ensure effective and productive project execution including personnel materials equipment tools and etc. based on project requirements and scheduling constraints
- Identify costsaving opportunities and value engineering options while maintaining quality and project integrity
- Ensure that client expectations align with project progress and quality standards
- Identify potential risks and challenges in the construction process and develop strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning to address and minimize the impact of identified risks.
- Maintain open lines of communication with project teams and external stakeholders to address constructionrelated issues and changes
- Address constructionrelated challenges promptly making informed decisions and providing creative solutions to keep projects on schedule and within specifications
- Proactively identify and address conflicts or issues within the project team subcontractors or stakeholders
- Implement effective conflict resolution strategies to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
KRA: Administrative Function:
- Maintain organized records of construction progress quality inspections change orders and project documentation
- Provide insights into project performance risks and mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular progress reports on construction activities for project updates and decisionmaking
- Review the work progress on daily basis construction plans and detailed procedures
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Review terms of agreements draft contracts and obtain permits and licences - Analyze manage and mitigate risks
- Coordinate the handover of as built documentation

Qualifications and Experience:
- 10 years site experience in high rise building construction residential/luxury villas or hotels
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of construction methods and technologies and an ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
- Knowledge of buildingcode requirements and scheduling methods
- Knowledge of construction worksite safety practices
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools
