Procurement Expeditor

Requirements

• Periodical Review and Track of all Purchase Order with Local & Global Suppliers
  
• Expedite the execution of Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery; including support of logistic activities
  
• Manage Shipment Delays and inform the Procurement Manager/Buyer/End User on the delays & relevant changes to be made in PO
  
• Monitor on the Quality Issues/Rejections and to be coordinate with End User/Stores/Buyer to sort out the issues
  
• Document and report expediting activities to Procurement Manager
  
• Manage progress with suppliers; including detailed progress reports to ensure On Time Delivery of Suppliers
  
• Monitor Performance of suppliers and reports to be submitted to Procurement Manager
  
• Maintain constant communication with suppliers and to build good relationship with the suppliers
  
• May be assigned to special projects/tasks and/or required to perform other duties as assigned by Procurement Manager
