-Collaborating closely with executive leadership, business units, and stakeholders to understand their technology needs and drive technology

-enabled business initiatives.-Create and manage the technology budget, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-effective solutions

-Oversee the design and implementation of robust technical architectures, website and mobile app development ensuring alignment with business requirements, security standards and industry’s best practices

-Establish and maintain efficient and reliable technology operations, including systems infrastructure, network, data management and security protocols for high performance, uptime and data integrity

-Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.-Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring data privacy and security regulations compliance

-Create and oversee high leave KPI’s for the IT and development department.-Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, testing, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services

-Establishing, design, and architect website and mobile app development process, time line, and set objectives.
