الوصف الوظيفي
- Maintain and manage all project documents, both electronic and hard copy, in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
- Organize and control the flow of documentation between project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately processed, distributed, and filed as per project requirements.
- Implement and maintain document control processes and systems for tracking and recording revisions and approvals.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely retrieval and availability of documents.
- Assist in the preparation of document transmittals, reports, and presentations as required.
- Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
- Support project teams in the use of document management systems and software.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information and documents.
