الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop and review pipeline design documents, including alignment sheets, P&IDs, and pipeline route maps.
- Perform pipeline stress analysis, flow assurance studies, and stability analysis.
- Specify and select pipeline materials, coatings, and cathodic protection systems based on project requirements and standards.
- Provide technical support during the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases of the project.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving pipeline-related issues.
- Ensure that pipeline designs are compliant with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all pipeline design activities.
- Prepare technical reports, calculations, and datasheets for review and approval.
- Ensure that all documentation is properly archived and maintained according to company procedures.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (e.g., process, mechanical, electrical) to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure the correct specification, procurement, and installation of pipeline equipment and materials.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on pipeline engineering activities.
- Ensure that all pipeline designs comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., ASME, API, DNV-GL) and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and adhere to company and project-specific safety and quality management systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses related to pipeline systems.
- Assist in the commissioning and startup of pipeline systems, ensuring proper installation and functionality.
- Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) for pipeline equipment and systems.
- Provide support for the integration of pipeline systems with other plant systems.
