الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop detailed structural designs, calculations, and drawings for offshore platforms, including topsides, jackets, and subsea structures.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure structural designs meet project requirements and standards.
- Perform structural analysis using software tools such as STAAD.Pro, SACS, or similar, considering environmental loads, seismic factors, and dynamic effects.
- Review and interpret project specifications, client requirements, and relevant codes and standards (e.g., API RP 2A, AISC, Eurocodes).
- Participate in design reviews and interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate structural design activities with other disciplines.
- Prepare technical specifications, reports, and documentation for structural materials and construction methods.
- Support procurement activities by providing technical input for material selection and vendor evaluation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and drafters.
