Overview:
HiTechMachinery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our new office in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR recruitment with a preference for experience within the machinery sector. This role is crucial for sourcing and hiring top talent to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings candidate sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source candidates.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR recruitment preferably within the machinery or manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR databases.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
