Role > Corporate Transformation and Restructuring engagements

Role description > the selected candidate will be part of a new BU (Restructuring and Transformation). Duties then include experience in past engagements either Corporate level or Consulting Firm (Big4/MBB) in some of the following fields > Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Divestitures Spinoffs Restructuring Debt CostCutting Measures Organizational Redesign Strategic Alliances and Joint Ventures Change Management. These activities are typically undertaken in the Corporate Division or Consulting Firms with specific attitude Financial advisory

Ideal Candidate skills > Resources with Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Proven experience (510 years) in Restructuring activities; UAE/KSA Geography experience; Excellent in written and oral communication skills; Leadership and communication; a previous experience in a Big4/MBB Consulting Firm is needed

Period of engagement > Permanent position immediate start
