Roles & Responsibilities
Previous experience in coordinating Lifting Gear Inspections Services
Proficiency in technical and commercial proposal preparation
Strong communication skills for client interactions and follow-ups
Ability to manage logistics for personnel and equipment traveling to various sites.
Experience in scheduling inspectors, managing employee leave, and updating schedules.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office Package, Familiar with other computer packages (e.g. MS application, Software database, Microsoft office, Excel, Power point)
Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience in client PO follow-ups, invoicing, certificate preparation, revenue, and accruals preparations, as well as participation in external audits.
