Vessel Charter Lead

Roles & Responsibilities § In the role of Vessel Charter Lead you will lead the vessel charter team consisting out of 2 to 3 vessel charter coordinators/officers. § The Vessel Charter Lead must be able to work in a coordinating capacity relevant to the daily technical, commercial and administrative matters associated with the chartered vessels. § This person will work closely with other Logistic team members and other JDN personnel from other departments and report to the Logistics Manager. § Liaise with the project team including other departments (i.e. Operations, Crew Department, Technical Department, etc), vessel crew, clients, subcontractors, third parties and authorities. § Develop processes to improve the quality and efficiency within the department. § Train and coach team members § Day to day follow-up of the chartered vessels § Develop and adjust the reporting and invoicing system between the ship owners and JDN
