- Fluent in Russian with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is also required.
- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving business growth.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to provide effective solutions.
- A self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills to effectively communicate the value of our products/services to clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools to manage and track client activities.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
- Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
