This job has been sourced from an external job board. Our client is a leading multiline regional insurance provider based in Abu Dhabi. Theyre looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience in Data Analytics within the Insurance industry
Responsibilities:
- Develop and document business requirements for data analytics solutions ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer needs.
- Interpreting data analysing results using statistical techniques
- Developing and implementing data analytics data collection system and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to facilitate the implementation of Pricing & Underwriting analytics initiatives.
- Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
- Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaningful data
- Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems
- Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends patterns and predictions using relevant data
- Working with programmers engineers and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities propose system modifications and devise data governance strategies.
- Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the dataanalysis steps enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
- Develop communication plans training materials and workshops to educate stakeholders and promote buyin for proposed changes.
Requirements:
- An Experienced Business Analyst with Data Analytics experience in the Insurance industry
- Experience and track record in providing managed consulting services in the Insurance domain.
- Analytical expertise and proficiency in relevant methodologies and tools.
- Alignment of the proposed approach with Clients specific analytic needs.
- Clarity and thoroughness of the proposed plan and timeline.
- Qualifications and expertise of the proposed analytical resource
