Key Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the business and IT relevant field and at least 5 years of change management expertise
Proven experience in insurance core transformation projects.
Mandatory experience is managing technofunctional projects
Mandatory experience in Insurance domain (health insurance preferred)
Mandatory experience in risk and impact management
Mandatory experience in Agile methodologies (and experience in aligning the methodologies to organizational needs)
Indepth knowledge of health insurance operations and processes.
Strong experience in managing multicultural and multicapability teams.
Proven ability to manage projects to deliver promised business case outcomes.
Proficiency in benefits tracking dependency and risk management resource allocation and utilization tracking.
Relevant Certification is a plus
Bachelor s degree in psychology /IT/Communication
Master s degree is preferred
Senior Stakeholder communication Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
