Fire Alarm Lead

Essential Responsibilities: Fire Alarm Lead manages, provides work direction to assigned Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression Technicians and oversees all aspects of the areas outlined in the PWS. Work with other craftsman or crews in the performance of assigned work duties. Fire Alarm Lead is responsible to perform all assigned duties as safely and efficiently as possible to maintain a safe work environment. Inspects, tests, installs and modifies control panels. Able to use test instruments. Knowledgeable in analog and digital electronics. Able to read and interpret work orders, parts requests, drawings/schematics/blueprints and manuals in order to accomplish assigned duties. Must be able to troubleshoot and identify problems. Research and requisitions materials and prepares necessary documents and reports.
