What you'll need to succeed
Develop a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the organisation's vision, mission,
And long term goals and that position the company for a successful IPO.
Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and internal capabilities assessments to identify growth opportunities and threats, and be able to access market intel and internal data/info and frame it strategically for the group
Understand the economic factors affecting the agribusiness sector and incorporate this understanding into strategic planning
Collaborate with the finance department and transformation team to incorporate strategic planning into financial forecasting and budgeting
