الوصف الوظيفي
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal production output and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to streamline workflows, minimize downtime, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze production KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to develop and maintain quality assurance protocols throughout the production process.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials.
- Optimize inventory levels and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply chain.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities for team members.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and train employees on safety procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
