Controller Financial

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the financial strategy for the media production group, aligning it with overall business objectives. • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cashflow statements for each entity within the group. • Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular financial forecasting to support decision-making. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. • Supervise and mentor a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of excellence. • Implement cost control measures to optimize the financial performance while maintaining high-quality services. • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and recommend actionable solutions.
