Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Chicago, IL

Location: Chicago, IL

We are a Private Family Practice that is looking for a caring and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help treat the indigenous population.

We are located in the South Side of Chicago.

As a Provider you will provide direct patient care through patient assessment, follow up examinations, diagnostic assessments, including ordering procedures and monitoring medications.

We have a warm and friendly environment in our office.

We treat Adult & Children patients!

Our position is Full Time

5 Days A Week
Open: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

Every Other Saturday: 9am - 1pm

Pay: $53 to $60 per hour DOE + Benefit Package

Requirements:

Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Illinois

Previous experience in a Family Practice setting is a plus but not required

Recent Grads are welcomed!
