Physics Teacher

1. Candidate should have sound knowledge of Special purpose machine(SPM), assembly Jigs & fixture design & preferably from industrial automation background.
2. Candidate must have experience in 3d design & detailing on catia software.
3. Should be able to design independently and Lead other team members.
4. Prepare design concepts in details once received guidelines from Manager/Team leader.
5. Modification of design after DAP, Internal review etc.
6. Preparation of DAP documents & Ready to visit customer site if required.
7. Preparation of manufacturing drawings- layouts, assembly drawings, part drawings etc.
8. Preparation of GA layouts, sensor layouts as per requirement of system.
9. Doing design calculations with the help of Team leaders. Maintaining design documentation.
10. Preparation of Bill of materials.
11. Selection of pneumatic items based on calculations.
12. Checking of manufactured assemblies as per drawings released. Study of achieved results against expected results.
13. Support during manufacturing and assembly for any concern related to design.
14. Customer support in case of unavailability of senior team members.
15. Updation of drawings in case of changes in design during manufacturing, assembly, trials and on site modifications.
16. Provide necessary help to site and manual preparation.
17. Should be ready to work after office hours if required in case of urgency.
