Analyst - Service Development ( UAE NATIONALITY)

Support the implementation of the framework for the development of government services in Abu Dhabi across all services provided in coordination with government entities in Abu Dhabi and in line with the requirements of the Abu Dhabi Government Services Agenda

Assist in coordination with the concerned departments and government agencies in Abu Dhabi during the stages of participation, planning, launch and maintenance of the service development cycle as required

Assist in the establishment of the digital customer journey process taking into account the requirements of the initial and final stages to ensure a flexible transition and timely completion of the journey by the end user

Assist in analyzing service workflows based on the current state of government services and applying improvements based on the development framework and customer journey design if necessary in collaboration with government entities in Abu Dhabi

Assist in verifying the compliance of services with the applicable service development standards to ensure compliance with those standards in all services developed by the department

Conduct research and identify the latest global leading practices in the digital field and highlight practices that can add value to services that are developed for audit purposes

Perform any other duties or functional activities appointed by the line manager

Requirements

Assume responsibilities in line with the departments governance framework, policies and procedures

Compliance with ADDAs Risk Management and Organizational Excellence Guidelines

Contribute to the preparation of the required reports according to the reporting requirements internally within the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority and externally where applicable

Seek and identify new ideas and opportunities to adopt innovative solutions or approaches to meet challenges or enhance activities based on functional requirements

Identify and search for professional development opportunities to improve technical capabilities and skills related to the functional requirements of the department in a proactive manner
