Executive Director - Joint Government Services (UAE National)

• Leadership in the development of strategic objectives and plans for the sector in line with the strategy, vision and mission at the level of the authority system as a whole
  
• Overseeing the implementation and achievement of the strategic objectives and objectives of the sector
  
• Directing the preparation, allocation and use of the sectors budget and exercising control over expenditures where applicable
  
• Review all periodic sector performance reports and provide recommendations and guidance when needed to enhance sector performance
  
• Monitoring key performance indicators for the sectors operations and staff and recommending improvements in line with strategic objectives at the level of the Authoritys system as a whole
  
• Take responsibility for shaping the sectors workforce by determining the number of employees to be available and the ability to achieve the strategic objectives and plans of the sector
  
• Support for professional development by providing effective feedback and evaluating the performance of employees in the sector
  
• Support efforts in aspects of cooperation, innovation, design thinking and improving current department-wide processes
