Monitor and process planning requests and adjustments submitted by engagement personnel.

Analyse and challenge scheduling requests against key engagement metrics to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources.

Prepare weekly utilisation and chargeability reports analysing for inconsistencies, investigating and challenging as necessary.

Maintain annual headcount projection information.
-
Perform other related duties as required, in line with best practice resourcing guidelines.
