• Design, develop, test, release, and sustain world-class software application under the guidance of the tech leads and senior software engineers.
• Providing technical expertise and coming up with the new ideas to improve and develop the software applications
• Analyze requirement specifications; carry out feasibility analysis and estimating effort
• Participating in code reviews, working with team members to test and effectively document and validate all implementations
• Communicate development status and escalate issues to management
• Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule trade offs and opportunistic new ideas with technical employees
