Job Description

- Managing client relationships and working with them to create a vision that they can afford
- Shooting pictures of the bride getting ready for the event, including details such as the bride’s hair, makeup, and accessories
- Editing photos using software programs and providing prints of the edited photos for clients
- Shooting photos of the bride and groom at the wedding ceremony and reception
- Shooting candid photos of guests during the reception or other events leading up to the wedding
- Coordinating with other vendors such as florists and musicians to ensure that services are scheduled correctly and delivered on time
- Creating a shot list of which photos need to be taken at each event or location during the wedding day
- Coordinating with the venue manager to ensure that all arrangements have been made for the event to go smoothly
- Preparing an estimate of costs for each package offered by the photographer’s company, factoring in all the costs associated with the service such as travel expenses or additional fees for using high-end equipment
