Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Implement systems and processes for organizing, storing, and tracking goods within the warehouse.

Logistics Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate shipments, deliveries, and pickups to optimize transportation efficiency.
- Work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.

Team Supervision:
- Hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including supervisors, pickers, packers, and forklift operators.
- Set performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
