VP Of Finance

• Drive insights and influence outcomes by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and supporting crossfunctional business initiatives

• Provide thought leadership on data efficiency opportunities and streamlining processes to focus on delivering insights vs creating analyses
• Evaluate current processes identify best practices and develop plans to implement improvements to tools processes and systems to drive greater efficiencies and insights
• Identify appropriate analytical tools and use advanced knowledge of business analysis to perform a range (basic to highly complex) of quantitative analyses and predictive modeling
• Develop and lead a premier team of analytical resources to help drive conversations challenge business decisions and make connections that would otherwise be missed
• Stay abreast of developments at the intersection of data science technology and business relevant to the company and drive business innovation through analytics
• Serve as management lead for assessing current ERP system & collaborate with IT team to ensure all systems are being capitalized within their scope of ability or identifying new systems and processes accordingly
• Supervise certain monthend and yearend closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Be a champion for a datadriven collaborative decisionmaking culture

Financial Planning & Reporting

• Lead entire budgeting and forecasting process including determination and management of individual restaurant regional and departmental targets Identify variances and provide insights on key drivers of actual results versus budgets and forecast
• Support development of longrange strategy and operating plans by partnering with functional leaders in the organization CFO and CEO
• Lead reporting and analyses that identify evaluate and communicate actionable business and financial results trends and outlooks for use by restaurantlevel operations multiunit leadership executive management and Board
• Provide thought leadership on data tools & systems to include data sources validation and business rules to produce automated reports dashboards and interactive data views
• Manage presentations to executive team Board banks and investors

• Minimum Qualifications CFA CPA or Masters in Accounting & Finance from internally credited university
• Minimum Experience to years of experience with at least years in a similar line of business including experience of dealing with the Boards and serving in a management role with the provision of strategic direction at a senior level
