- Identify potential risks and liabilities inherent in tenders and contracts, propose and negotiate amendments to minimise or mitigate the same, using judgment in balancing commercial/legal considerations and risk assessments against the business requirements of RRSAL.
- Negotiate directly with worldwide customers and/or partners to reach acceptable terms and conditions for New Equipment, Aftermarket and Service agreements.
- Develop RRSAL standard terms of business as required for new products and services offered.
