Job Description

- Collaborate with Q22 and Host Country Operations teams on evaluating existing and potential systems to be used for the delivery of Integrated Volunteer Programme
- Engage with all relevant stakeholders as assigned, including Accreditation and the system provider(s), ensuring the alignment of all relevant rules and policies with the system for successful delivery of Integrated Volunteer Programme
- Consolidate system customisation, gap analysis and user acceptance testing requirements and help develop appropriate documentation in a timely manner in close collaboration with Q22 Workforce and Host Country Operations teams
- Assist in ensuring that the system providers have devised plans to ensure business continuity including procedures for preventions and recovery from threats
- Actively participate as part of workforce integrated team and ensure that system related risks and issues are raised and followed up to resolution
- Provide a high level of service for the system users prioritising requests and manage deadlines for system phases and updates
- Contribute and ensure support on delivery of any technological projects along the delivery of Integrated Volunteer Programme (i.e. volunteer portal)
- Support system training to all users
