- Prepare and provide daily, weekly, monthly event ticketing reports as requested by the Senior Management and the venue team.
- Monitor, measure and report on ticketing issues, opportunities and achievements with agreed formats and timescales.
- To ensure that all communication, internal and external is undertaken in a timely, consistent and professional manner.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
