Venue Management Application Engineer Role Summary Install, configure, test, maintain and operate EBI, BMS and Venue systems. Must be skilled in technical design, planning, implementation and technical operations job Description '•Establish customer support practices to ensure that '• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure, services, settings, directories etc. for the Honeywell EBI and BMS Software • Configure graphics and necessary programming and testing works of Controllers and filed devices as per specifications. Experience in third party interface integration • Interfacing BMS filed devices with HMI desktop to enable, monitor, and control the systems from a control centre • Configure points in EBI/IBMS from existing BMS and other BACnet based systems • Knowledge of networking in a TCP/IP environment, with knowledge of DHCP, DNS, SQL and IIS servers. • Prepare Project Design, Engineering documents, drawings etc. in compliance of industry standards • Conduct User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders • Perform End User training for EBI/IBMS Systems • Strong background in the engineering and construction process from Material Approvals, Inspections and Testing and Commissioning proceedures • Coordinate with the various internal and stakeholders like the Building Contractor, Facilities Management, ICT and National security agencies in the commissioning of the Venue Management systems • Conduct impacts analysis and highlight risks and issues on solution that impact current solution • Provide Level I / II /other support requests for the applications.
