- Being self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision
- Demonstrating an understanding of the underlying spatial arrangements that give form and character to urban areas via the interrelationship between built and open spaces.
- Assisting in the preparation of conceptual, preliminary and detailed urban designs, site layouts and supporting materials (reports, maps, drawings) for master planning and urban development projects.
- Coordinateing with other disciplines involved in master planning and urban development projects.
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of plans and reports to clients and regulators.
- Demonstrating an understanding of the production techniques, procedures, and standards related to urban planning and design projects.
- Developing a collaborative approach to working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to design quality in all generated material
- Performing other related tasks as directed.
