About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Unreal Engine Engineer proficient in both C++ and Blueprint scripting to join our dynamic team. As an Unreal Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and optimization of our cutting-edge projects, contributing to the creation of immersive gaming experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Independently design, prototype, and implement new capabilities using Unreal Engine 5 based on project requirements.
• Design, implement and maintain Unreal plugins delivering the excellent user experience.
• Design, implement and maintain Blueprints that deliver real-time procedural content creation features in Unreal Engine.
• Help inform UX decisions on how tools and workflows should function.
• Optimize systems for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with team members and peers to ensure the development and delivery of high-quality content creation tools and user experience features.
• Stay updated with advancements in Unreal Engine technologies.
• Proficiency with features and tools related to user-generated content (UGC) within Unreal Engine.
• Experience organizing tasks and directing and reviewing other team member’s work.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience implementing solutions in Unreal Engine using C++ and Blueprints.
• Unreal editor experience: core understanding of Unreal’s object model and how objects are represented and constructed in the editor.
• A successful track record of shipping production-level features or products with a focus on real-time rendering.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement performant, high-quality, and complex software features and systems.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, software engineers, and other relevant team members or clients.
