Job Description
Education and Training: You can have a degree in agriculture, veterinary medicine, or a related field. Practical experience in managing poultry units is often advantageous.
Work Experience: Previous work in poultry and poultry farm management is important to understand the proper care and management requirements of animals.
Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of poultry care requirements, disease management and productivity control.
Management Skills: Ability to manage a team, direct daily operations, plan production, and implement care and feeding strategies.
