- Ensuring the compliance of the broadcast areas at the 4 stadia within the assigned cluster, in accordance with FIFA requirements.
- Liaising closely with Host Country counterparts on the on-going development of broadcast facilities including access and zoning through all phases of the project.
- On-going collaboration with the Q22 Technical Services and Containment Managers, Host Country Overlays Team, and Stadium Authorities in the planning and preparation for all host broadcast and unilateral broadcast-related overlay, as well as legacy infrastructure at the venues including: camera platforms, TV cable pathways, Studios and presentation positions, Interview Areas, TV commentary positions and all installations within the Broadcast Compound.
- Ensuring the necessary overlay infrastructure is provided on schedule ahead of the arrival on-site of the host broadcaster.
