TS Controller - PSS and Airline Application Specialist

Key Responsibilities Include: • Passenger Service System platform technical support in Doha and QR outstation's. Closely work with airport IT vendors for first time implementation and operation support configuration changes. Provide support for peripheral units of various type of bag-tag & boarding pass printer, barcode scanners and Boarding Gate Readers. • Provide IT Support, Operational coordination and handle L3 support and escalations for all Amadeus hosted system applications. Ensure end users issues are resolved within defined service level agreements. • Maintain the up-to date inventory for Atlea DCS, Amadeus office ID and telex/type B messaging configurations. • Ensuring business approved version of Altea DCS deployed across all QR operated airports and offices via centrally managed tool • Setup Amadeus system related training’s for QR staff and GHA’s in outstations. • Coordinate with QR business team’s and Amadeus for application testing to provide operational feedback. • Create and maintain SOP's and documentation.
