- Consult with managers to identify problems, develop improvements, create and maintain quality standards.
- Organize or participate in employee quality and/or productivity improvement work groups.
- Deliver presentations; stand up training, or instructions to staff, and clients.
- Act as a resource to provide information or determine the most effective way of meeting the needs of security staff, clients or customers.
- Supervise subordinate personnel including: determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions.
- Develop training materials pertaining to security and customer service etc.
- Develop and organize customized training sessions for security staff.
- Conduct on-site training sessions.
