- Prepares the performance management system development & updates.
- Coordinated with IT for requisite updates/ changes and tests functionalities accordingly.
- Facilitates in arranging the Appraisal orientation meetings.
- Trains users on the system, guides appraisers & appraisees, answers employee queries.
- Launches the appraisals and follows up with all departments to ensure appraisal cycle is completed on time.
- Receives completed forms, documents and does follow up with requisite HODs /staff as required.
- Compiles statistics and reports for performance appraisals; trainings, recommendations, appraisal ratings, etc.
- Prepares Probation Reports and receives completed reports from HODs.
