Your background
- Previous Training experience, ideally working with people from different cultures and learning styles
- Must have some industry background ideally in manufacturing
- Ability to work in a team environment and to be able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build and develop excellent relationships at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and hold or be willing to undertake formal courses on Training
