- Effectively deliver/facilitate adult classroom training in support of Contact Centre operations to ensure superior workforce preparation including the development of agreed-upon performance metrics.
- Ensure all training activities are successfully delivered to meet or exceed expectations, to ensure that all initiatives are carried out within set timelines.
- Provide input, feedback, and support to enhance the overall performance of the Contact Center to ensure the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
- Complete all daily training administrative work; Tracks and records Quality measures and findings reporting these to management on a daily/ weekly/monthly basis.
