Our client in the Pharmaceitucal industry is looking for an candidate to join their team as an Accounts Payable Coordinator on a 3 month contract. As the accounts payable coordinator you will be joining the accounting team to support their processes and enter all journal entries, invoices and reconciliations.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Entering information into SAP including purchase orders & invoices.
- Records all expenses and any changes made.
- Maintains master files including entering and deleting information as needed.
- Follows all applicable laws and compliance.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- College diploma in accounting.
- Up to date knowledge in commodities tax and other accounting principles including journal entries.
- Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft office including excel.
- 1-3 years experience in accounting and/or an accounts payable role

1-5 years experience in accounting. Knowledge of accounting principles including journal entries. Strong proficiency with excel. Strong customer service and organizational skills.
