- Signal Timing - Experience with development and implementation of signal timings, including data collection, and programming of signal timings is a plus.
- Safety Analysis – Experience in conducting crash analyses, including preparing collision diagrams and proposing crash mitigation. Application of the Highway Safety Manual is a plus.
- Reviewing and advising the contractor’s traffic diversion plans and monitoring traffic diversion works.
- Traffic signs and Markings – Experience in reviewing the traffic signs and markings and provide advice to the contractors.
