- As TR Analyst, your role is to Provide effective administration on Benefits and support GCC C&B manager by handling C&B related tasks and initiatives for the Market and providing an internal Compensation & Benefits consulting services which includes tracking, analyze, benchmarking and development of C&B policies, procedures, programs and practices to support company strategic and operational objectives and to maintain company competitiveness factor in the labor market.
