- Operates various types of machine shop equipment (manual) to complete assignment as required
- Adhere to all safety and health objectives, policies and procedures of DexSys to provide for a safe and healthful workplace
- To meet and maintain all customer quality standards the standards of DexSys
- Clean all assigned work areas after completion of the required work, return all tools to proper storage area at the end of the shift and report any malfunctioning equipment to the Tooling Team Leader
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Tooling Team Leader
- Must demonstrate the ability to use required hand tools for the Mold Department and have all tools and equipment required to perform work prior to beginning at Norplas
- Create and/or organize with guidance and in direct interaction with tier 1 supply partners the constructions of 2D/3D models and patterns to be used for the technical product description
- Document the lifecycle stages of CAD data for uppers and toolings throughout the development process
- Actively increase your knowledge regarding latest technological trends in CAD systems and processes and Footwear manufacturing
- To support all customer quality standards the standards of Decostar
