Achieve established goals as set by the Operation Manager.
Support the team and the Event Organizers that use the Platinumlist ticketing solution.
Will be assigned multiple events and you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the ticketing system setup from start to finish.
Discussing clients needs with the team, uploading the event online, and helping the team and the client use the ticketing system. (Full training for the system will be provided).
Good management skills and always being within reach of the team and client virtually which might include sometimes the weekends.
