- Set up Last Mile Delivery operations for the business unit in KSA
- Manage Last Mile delivery operations across KSA
- Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency
- Responsible for setting up the fleet strategy for First Mile, Middle Mile and Last Mile
- Set up the policies or procedures for logistics activities
- Create and maintain VSOP's for the driver and logistics assistants
- Create cost per delivery visibility across the last mile team and plan improvements to reduce month on month
- Build and maintain relationships with the suppliers of vehicles, manpower and 3PL's.Requirements
- Ability to plan resources according to the forecasts
- Ability to present weekly KPI's during the Weekly business review meetings
