Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Delivery Manager to join our growing IT company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project delivery process, from planning to execution to delivery, to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Work closely with the project managers, business analysts, and technical leads to understand the business needs, goals, and requirements, and to ensure that they are translated into functional and technical specifications
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor and report on progress regularly
* Identify and manage project risks and issues, and take appropriate corrective action to ensure the successful delivery of the project
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, and provide regular updates on project progress and issues
* Ensure that the project team follows the company's processes and standards for project delivery, and identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
* Provide guidance and support to the project managers and other team members on project delivery best practices and methodologies
* Participate in business development activities, such as proposal writing, customer meetings, and presentations, to support the growth of the company.

Key Skills and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in project delivery management in the IT industry
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
* Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
* Ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand their needs and requirements, and to provide solutions
* Experience with project management tools and software, such as Jira and Microsoft Project
* PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
