- implementing plans related to installing telecommunication equipment/services.
- Plans jobs and directs subcontractor for the installation of equipment/services related to the switching, transport, mobility, broadband, digital TV networks.
- Ensures the preparation of required information for projects, as well as the accuracy and completeness of associated tasks and documentation.
- Accountable for the coordination and execution of trouble response for network.
- Responsible for the preparation of reports, records, and key performance indicators required to manage costs, productivity, and achieve optimal efficiencies.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and enforcement of safety policies, procedures, standards.
- Responsible for continual process improvement including adopting best work practices, and the investigation and analysis of new equipment or technological improvements to increase productivity and efficiencies.
